We found this recipe on BBC Good Food and we made a few little Pork Ewe adjustments to make it even more indulgent.  Ingredients 5 large jacket potatoes , cooked, cooled and cut into wedges. 50g butter , melted 150g ripe Brie Fermier , diced 3 tsp picked thyme leaves fresh truffle shavings- as much as you fancy.
