They were great in helping us decide on which cheeses to pick to accommodate our budget and providing us advice on how to decorate our towers.
And the cheeses! Being from France originally, cheese is almost like a religion. The cheeses we got were just delicious. Our guests loved the originality of our "cake" and greatly appreciated the delicious cheeses.
