Ever since I returned from training in the underground cheese caves of Maison Mons, my goal has been to bring the magic of France back to our open table in Newcastle. But some experiences are so spectacular, they simply have to be lived firsthand.
In 2027, I am taking our shared love of authentic flavour and human connection to the world stage, and I want to bring you with me.
Partnering with Madame Voyage, I am thrilled to host The French Terroir Tour in Lyon. Together, we will break bread, step inside the exclusive cellars, taste the local terroir, and explore the very region and experiences that shaped my foundational knowledge and mastery of centuries-old affinage systems.
