Baked cheese has been around for ever and we know why! It's the best!!!

Cheese when baked becomes so soft and rich, melted, molten, warm and gooey, perfect for cool winter nights. Very indulgent.

You can add in herbs and wine or garlic, anything you fancy, get creative.
What cheese we reckon is best for baking? We love Camembert Fermier or Le Duc Vacherin, but any whole cheese wheel & ideally in a cheese box to keep it's form. Make sure you have a crunchy baguette to dip on in!
