3. The Ultimate Experience: Pork Ewe 'Meats' CLEAVER Salumi Class
Give Dad a gift that lasts long after Father’s Day with an exclusive, hands-on Salami Making Masterclass. Collaborating with Dave Caan, charcuterie expert and founder of CLEAVER Salumi Cabinets and String & Salt, this intimate workshop teaches the true craft of curing meat with salt and spices.
