Every day at Pork Ewe Deli, I get to ask you what you are cooking and who you are serving. Hearing about your family milestones, your dinner parties, and your quiet Friday nights in is the greatest privilege of my job. Ever since I returned from Mons Formation, my goal has been to bring the knowledge of France back to our open table in Newcastle. But some experiences are so spectacular, they simply have to be lived firsthand.
In 2027, I am taking this passion for connection and authentic flavour back to the world stage, and I want to bring you with me. Partnering with Madame Voyage to host The French Terroir Tour in Lyon, I am sharing my expertise and passion firsthand.
