A beautifully presented high quality Truffle Honey from the Italian honey experts at Brezzo.
They source a range of specialty honeys from wild flowers and use non-thermal extraction treatments to ensure the honey is treated as gently as possible retaining maximum flavour.

 

This fabulous Italian acacia honey  has been infused with black truffles from the city of Alba in the Piedmont region.  The result is a beautifully refined and harmonious honey. It is light and floral,  with a rich, aromatic truffle perfume. 

Best served with cheeses both mature, fresh or blue vein or with cured and dry meat.
