CURRENTLY WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER DELIVERY VIA THE WEBSITE.

WE HAVE LIMITED DELIVERY CAPABILITIES BUT PLEASE CONTACT THE STORE TO DISCUSS YOUR DELIVERY REQUEST AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ASSIST YOU.

What can I order?

You can order any selection of our cheese, meats, groceries, homewares, gift vouchers, hampers, platters & set packs. Please note Ready Made Platters are only available for In Store Pick Up.

How do I place my order?
Set packs, hampers & platters can be ordered online. All other items can be ordered using our custom order form. Please give us a call to chat about your requirements on 02 49068774 or via email foodie@porkewe.com.au

How do I pay for my order?
Online orders will be charged at time of placing order.  A credit card is required for custom orders and will be charged prior to delivery.

What is the order cut off time for Delivery?
Orders cut-off time is 1pm for next day delivery (check if we deliver to your area at bottom of page) delivering Tuesday - Friday.

How will my order be packed?
Orders are delivered in our eco-friendly recyclable brown paper boxes & transported chilled door to door. If you are not home your box will be left in a safe place. Please place your perishable items in the fridge as soon as possible after delivery, you will be notified via text that your delivery has arrived.

When will I receive my delivery?

Delivery is between 8am & 6pm. Delivery days are specific to your zone, please see the below table.

Zone 1 & 2 Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Lower Hunter, Pokolbin, Maitland, Belmont & Southern Beaches Delivering Tuesday - Thursday
Zone 3 Cessnock LGA Delivery Tuesday & Wednesday
Zone 4 Port Stephens & Upper Hunter Delivery Tuesday
Zone 5 Central Coast Delivery Thursday
Zone 6 Mid North Coast Coming Soon (Fridays)

Can I request a specific delivery time?
Sorry we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.

Where do you deliver?
Please click here to check our listed suburbs for each zone. If you are not on the list I am sorry we do not deliver to your area.

We are happy to arrange a kerbside collection or instore pick up as an alternate.


What if I am not home to receive my delivery?
If you are not home to receive your order it will be left in a secure location. Please note items are not iced and may be perishable & need to be refrigerated as soon as possible.
