Tartiflette is French-style cheesy potato bake. Layered with potatoes, onion, garlic, bacon, pancetta and the incredible Petit Prefer Montagnes, this classic "Ski Lodge" dish originates from the Savoie region in France and is true winter fare. One for chilly nights and woolly jumpers.

- Millawa King River Gold 150g (Reblochon cheese replacements as Reblochon is not available in Australia as it is unpasteurised)
- 170g Double cream
- 100g Pancetta
- 100g Bacon
- 2 Garlic Cloves
