DIY Tartiflette Recipe Pack
Tartiflette is French-style cheesy potato bake. layers of potatoes, onion, garlic, bacon, pancetta and the incredible Reblochon cheese, this classic "Ski Lodge" dish originates from the Savoie region in France and is true winter fare. One for chilly nights and woolly jumpers.
Unfortunately, Reblochon cheese is not available in Australia as it is unpasteurised, we substitute the lovely Prefer de nos Montagnes which is a French pasteurised reblochon style, or the Milawa King River Gold which is a tasty home grown choice.

- Millawa King River Gold 150g or Prefere des nos Montagnes 150g - please choose
- 170g Double cream
- 100g Pancetta
- 100g Bacon
- 2 Garlic Cloves
*not supplied but required 6 Kipfler potatoes, 200ml white wine and 1/2 large Onion
