Produced at Berrys Creek Gourmet Cheese in Gippsland Victoria who were named 'Supreme Artisan' at the 2023 International Dairy & Cheese Awards, this is an outstanding cheese. Named in honour of the buffalo breed, this cheese  has a soft and creamy texture with a light green, blue veining throughout. A sweet delicacy and subtle perfume upon warming to room temperate compliments the purity of this outstanding milk.
