Fresh off the back of completing three weeks in France , undertaking professional training at Mon’s Formation renowned affineurs, Sam Glover, owner of Pork Ewe Deli & mad foodie, will share her experiences and passion for French Cheese. This deep dive into the world of French fromage will have you talking, tasting, and smelling like a cheese connoisseur.
During this fun & informative session you will sample your way through a delicious array of 6 French cheeses, learn how to select, care for and serve your cheese, and make your cheese sing with the perfect accompaniments.
A complimentary tasting of some personally chosen wines including a pre-release tasting of Glover Wine's latest vintage.
