Edmond Fallot Vinaigre de Eschallat - Shallot
Edmond Fallot red wine vinegar with shallot is obtained from red wine. It is then aged for 12 months in oak barrels which gives it unique flavours and character. Once the red wine vinegar has been obtained, pressed shallot juice is added. Perfect for salad dressing or sauce but also will also accompany oyster and fish dishes.
This vinegar with 7% acidity has a cherry red colour, a nose of red fruits and shallots as well as a beautiful aromatic power.
