Tartiflette is French-style cheesy potato bake. layers of potatoes, onion, garlic, bacon, pancetta and the incredible Reblochon cheese, this classic "Ski Lodge" dish originates from the Savoie region in France and is true winter fare. One for chilly nights and woolly jumpers.
Unfortunately, Raw Milk Reblochon cheese is not available in Australia as it is unpasteurised, we substitute the lovely Prefer de nos Montagnes which is the French pasteurised version of Reblochon or Woombye Blackall Gold a lovely Aussie alternative.
This pack provides all the ingredients* to help you create a delicious cheesey meal.
