Hand made and crafted Capocollo is a naturally cured pork scotch fillet & neck flavoured with chilli, rosemary & thyme. It has a gentle spice and makes a wonderful addition to Charcuterie boards, grazing platters, sandwiches, pizza's or just to snack on!
