La Belle Chaurienne Duck Confit 800g - This 100% natural duck confit from Castelnaudary in the South of France is perfectly prepared & absolutely delicious. So easy to prepare, just remove the duck from the tin and grill in a moderate oven for about 20 minutes until warm & the skin is crisp. Serve with a salad, lentils or use in cassoulet. Reserve the duck fat to make the best duck fat roast potatoes!

Joseph First Run Extra Virgin Olive Oil 750ml - Since 1989 Primo Estate has been setting the standard for Australian Extra Virgin Olive Oil with their carefully crafted oils.  The 2024 First Run was produced using a small batch of greener olives picked at the beginning of harvest. It is cold pressed & bottled young to capture the most intense flavours of the new season, the result is a pristine oil with concentrated green banana & cut grass aromas. Its crisp, fruit-driven flavours give way to a clean peppery finish.
