DIY Tartiflette Recipe Pack
Tartiflette is French-style cheesy potato bake. layers of potatoes, onion, garlic, bacon, pancetta and the incredible Reblochon cheese, this classic "Ski Lodge" dish originates from the Savoie region in France and is true winter fare. One for chilly nights and woolly jumpers.
Unfortunately, Reblochon cheese is not available in Australia as it is unpasteurised, we substitute the lovely Prefer de nos Montagnes which is a French pasteurised reblochon style.

- The Little Big Dairy Co Pouring Cream 300ml
- 100g Free Range Pancetta
- 150g Free Range Bacon
- 1 Fat Tilligerry Organic Farm Garlic Cloves
*not supplied but required 6 Kipfler potatoes, 200ml white wine and 1/2 large Onion
