DIY Tartiflette Recipe Pack
Tartiflette is French-style cheesy potato bake. layers of potatoes, onion, garlic, bacon, pancetta and the incredible Reblochon cheese, this classic "Ski Lodge" dish originates from the Savoie region in France and is true winter fare. One for chilly nights and woolly jumpers.
Unfortunately, Reblochon cheese is not available in Australia as it is unpasteurised, we substitute the lovely Prefer de nos Montagnes which is a French pasteurised reblochon style or Woombye Blackall Gold a lovely Aussie alternative.
