Smoked Ocean Trout

Ocean trout is sourced from Tasmania, and antibiotic free and a great high protein source.

The fresh trout is filleted and all bones removed, it is then hot smoke it leaving it slightly pink in the centre, so you get a wonderfully moist piece of fish.Gluten Free.

Perfect for a quick dinner option as a fresh salad to a stunning whole fillet served with crusty bread and delicous Wasabi Cream and Tuscan Pickled Red Onions.
