Truffle season will begin in Australia in June and we are celebrating with a cooking class that is all about Truffle.
Fresh Australian Truffle will be used in a variety of dishes, which you will help create and of course eat. Our in house Chef Jace Blunden will show you some very delicious tricks and techniques to really explore the culinary possibilities with Truffle as your centre ingredient.
Eligibility requirements do apply, attendees must be Truffle enthusiasts and arrive to the class with an empty stomach. A small intimate evening with just 8 guests.
