Learn the art of making hand crafted salami and the secrets behind creating mouth-watering fresh Calabrese under the guidance of Rita Dixon, owner of one of the Hunter Valley's most renowned cooking schools, My Father's Table.

Head home with the skills and knowledge to make your own Salami and leave on the day with a kilo of fresh calabrese which can be cooked or smoked.

A cheese and charcuterie board is supplied for you to enjoy as you create your Calabrese.
