A Mezze is a big part of the dining experience in Middle Eastern cuisine. The word 'Mezze' (may-zah) means "taste" and "snack".

Making Mezza is structured like a cooking class and pop-up restaurant in one. As you dine on each incredibly delicious dish, you will also be watching and listening to Rita as she prepares the next one for you to enjoy. You may also be called upon or volunteer to help out with the cooking of particular dishes.

Sit back, relax and indulge in a variety of delicious dishes while you learn and watch the secrets of creating Mezza staples such as toum, hommus, babaganoush, fetteh, kafta kebabs, falafel and more. 

The class finishes with Turkish coffee and delicious hand made Turkish delight.
