The Pork Ewe Club Terms and Conditions


Club packs are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Packs inclusions may not be altered.

Some exclusions apply to instore 5% Annual Membership Discounts.

5% Annual membership discount is available for instore purchase only.

Cheese and perishable items require refrigeration. 

Pick up can be made in-store on the 2nd Thursday of the month.

Delivery is available to our local & extended areas. Fees apply and are payable in advance. 

In the event of extreme weather Pork Ewe Deli reserves the right to delay your delivery.

If you are not home, your delivery will be left as per your instructions provided. All deliveries will have gel ice packs included which will keep your items cool for up to 2 hours subject to weather conditions. After this time perishable items will require refrigeration.

Pork Ewe Deli does not accept any responsibility for the refrigeration of your products once delivered.

Should you wish to change your delivery or pickup please provide at least 24 hours’ notice via email to foodie@porkewe.com.au 

Credit card billing occurs when the initial purchase is made. For the monthly subscriptions, billing then continues every 30 days automatically after the subscription was started.

You can pause your delivery at any time. Please email foodie@porkewe.com.au at least 5 days prior and we will simply add the month on to the end of your subscription.

Pork Ewe Deli reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Terms and Conditions can be viewed at www.porkewe.com.au/pages/the-pork-ewe-club-terms-and-conditions  

Privacy and your information: We retain details necessary for successful fulfilment of your order and may use them for marketing purposes for example emailing or posting you information about seasonal offers. These include: name, address, telephone number and email address of sender, name, address, telephone number and email address of recipient. We do not sell addresses to any other companies. We will never cold call you for marketing purposes. Credit card numbers are not retained after payment has been received.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
