Hand Crafted Fresh Chorizo
The workshop will take you through all you need to know about your own salumi at home. Prime cuts of pork are blended with a balance of simple herbs and spices to create complex flavours. Since our salumi is made without preservatives, filler or artificial flavours the natural goodness and taste of the ingredients shines through. You will go home with your own half kilo of handmade sausage and the skills to make your own salumi at home.
A cheese and charcuterie platter is provided during this class so feel free to bring along a bottle of wine to enjoy.
