Hand Made Halloumi

In this hands-on workshop, you will be learning how to make a traditional halloumi, using a blend of fresh, locally farm-sourced whole goat and cow’s milk. You will take home your own hand-made cheese as well as the skills, knowledge and confidence to be able to make it yourself at home. 

A cheese and charcuterie platter is provided during this class so bring along a bottle of wine to enjoy.
