All of our cooking classes are held in the charming, rustic atmosphere of Pork Ewe Deli Mayfield.
Our cooking classes are small, intimate and full of laughs. With a maximum of 12 people you will work closely with the cooking instructor, and learn how easy it is to bring to life simple, fresh ingredients.
Classes with Rita Dixon
Rita owns renowned Hunter Valley cooking school, My Father’s Table. Her passion for food and more specifically Middle Eastern cuisine came from her heritage and her father who taught her how to cook, igniting a life long love.
Rita’s focus is on using fresh, local produce, bringing the paddock to the plate and celebrating traditional methods and recipes.
Classes with Sam and Lisa
Sam and Lisa are exposed to a variety of interesting, imported traditional European produce. Their classes’ give you the opportunity to try ingredients you may have never heard of and celebrate them in simple delicious recipes, as well as highlighting the importance of good produce.
