Wagyu Bresaola

Wonderful 100% Wagyu beef, with a wonderfully rich flavour, melts like butter in the mouth.

This style originated in Valtellina, a valley in the Alps of northern Italy’s Lombardy region. The beef is air-dried & salted and aged until it becomes firm and turns a deep dark red, almost purple in colour.
