It is rich and creamy with a full, round yeasty, mushroomy note's and an ever-so-slight minerally finish.

This farmhouse French Brie is made on a small farm with only 150 head of cattle, the farm is completly energey self sufficiant. The milk is still warm as it is so fresh from the farm when the cheese is made. A truly special cheese, which has an amazing depth of flavour.
